While her fighting skills are impressive, her greatest power seems to be the fact that she can bring out the best in those around her, most notably Goku, as Pan has been doing that since before she was even born. While her appearance in DBZ was a glorified cameo, Pan arguably becomes the main protagonist of Dragon Ball GT where she is able to put her powers to the test against cosmic threats like General Rilldo, Dr. Right from the start, it was made clear that Pan was a fighter–and as it turned out, a particularly skilled one. Pan made her Dragon Ball debut at the very end of DBZ following the ten-year time jump after the defeat of Majin Buu, at which point she was shown entering the World Martial Arts Tournament. Pan is the daughter of Gohan and Videl, and the granddaughter of Goku. Throughout his Dragon Ball career, Goku has had no shortage of increasingly powerful transformations, all of which were achieved by his own amassed power level and sheer force of will–though in a couple of cases, that wasn’t necessarily the case, as Pan proved to be directly responsible for two of Goku’s strongest transformations.
