Guns 15, Throwing 10, Doge 10, Evasion 10, Hacking 15, Lockpicking 15, Traps 10, Biology 10, Tailoring 10, Persuation 10 Either way, so far my skill setup looks like this: How important would dodge/evasion be to a character that wears medium armor (since it penalizes that but no as much)? Is it even worthwhile to put 10 points (not max) into skills and follow the same pattern during level up, or would that be spreading myself too thin? There's also the problem that with the five crafting skills I cannot tell which one would be the most useful to me - most likely Biology for health items and Tailoring so I can make good armor with a shield of my choice for it. STR 4, DEX 7, AGI 5, CON 5, PER 7, WIL 5, INT 7įor skills this is where it gets tricky due to my lack of knowledge of the game mechanics: I know I definitely want to max out Guns, Hacking, Lockpicking and Persuasion on each level, but that still leaves me with 60 points to spend. Here's my build setup so far (I only just looked a the character creation so haven't started yet)

I know it's not the most powerful/meta playstyle but I want to give it a try, alongside with a focus on crafting. The core idea is that I want to use medium/riot armor with riot shields along with pistols/energy pistols as my go-to build. I'm making this post mostly due to the fact that messing up your build can make the game quite hard even on Normal according to my friend (who just beat the game recently). Hello, I am just about to start Underrail - technically I have played it years ago on Hard mode (really bad idea) but after reaching the Junkyard depot my computer broke and I lost my save files.
